What is he reffering to, as in what territory and what was the reason he sent this message, was it in retaliation to something, or simply out of the blue?

I was clearing a lv 1 swamp that is a couple spaces from my cities and all of a sudden he sent this message. I attacked it anyway!
I got 2 medals!
He has more prestige and he is part of the Moravia alliance.

Hey as some may no kram has taken one my my swamps and threated me when i sent an attack. I'll be out of noob prot 2moz and if anyone can scout both his citys that would be gr8 as my scouting is low even tho my beacon is 5 and my research is 4
Anyway ill keep you guys posted about the attacks i will be doing.
