While the bulk of United is around the 700 co-ordinates there is about six or seven of us in the saxony 300 areas would it be possible to promote someone from that area to lead this group? none of the current enemies is anywhere near us and as a result we have little to do in the way of warfare.

Well, us few saxony members can do missions together. Doomsday is in Saxony and they declared war on us. They said it was a mistake and they would fix, which takes 24hours. The leader has been on and its been almost 48 hours. That is an option assuming he doesn't fix it quickly.
